THE PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Dear Chamber Members,

WOW! It was so exciting having so many new members. The energy and excitement at our last luncheon was great. And our speaker Police Chief Ken Each was absolutely fantastic. If you didn't happen to make it to our last luncheon and haven't visited us in awhile, you owe it to yourself to try us again.

We have added 45 new members in the last couple of months thanks to our Membership Drive. Thank you to all of you who participated in that event. I am always grateful that so many chamber members give of their time, talent and resources to make this chamber great. Our commitment is to provide you with a great atmosphere and lots of fun activities.

Here is a partial list of upcoming events: bowling (great time to bring someone who is not a chamber member to meet the group) WE volunteer party kick-off (here we go ladies, we are gearing up for our October EXPO), and the list goes on. We also just started a New Member Breakfast to help new people get involved and understand more what the chamber can offer. By the way, if you have any ideas of things that we could do that would be of benefit to our membership, please feel free to contact one of the board members or Peg Kenyon. We are always looking for new and innovative activities.

You are an awesome group; I am privileged to represent you - thank you.

Sincerely,
Meredith

Dear Newsletter Recipient:  Please make every effort to pass this newsletter along to fellow employees so they too can benefit from the Chamber of Commerce events and activities. Maybe a routing slip could be attached so it would be returned to you after every employee has had an opportunity to look it over. Keep in mind that your entire company is a Chamber member and we value each of you. Thanks, Peg Kenyon; Executive Director.
