John M. O'Driscoll is a Partner at the law firm Tressler LLP. He is based out of the Bolingbrook offices. John represents companies and individuals in business disagreements, employment disputes, personal injury, construction issues, internet defamation, and complex litigation. In addition to counseling businesses, he also provides advice to local government entities for their day-to-day operations.
John has been selected for inclusion in Illinois Super Lawyers® for 2012 and 2013 and in Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars® from 2008-2011. He has also been recognized as a "Leading Lawyer" by the Leading Lawyers® Network in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Governmental, Municipal, Lobbying & Administrative Law, and Personal Injury Defense Law:

In 2010, John received the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel’s President’s Award for his exceptional service, dedication and significant contributions to the IDC and its President. In 2011, he was named a recipient of the IDC Meritorious Service Award for his outstanding service as co-chair of the IDC Commercial Litigation Committee. John is a regular author and presenter on various local government law and corporate law topics.
John is very active in the Bolingbrook community through the Chamber of Commerce, the Adventist Hospital Foundation Finance Committee and other organizations. He also serves as a volunteer director on the Board of Chicago Tennis Patrons, the primary funding arm of the Chicago District Tennis Association.
