At Off World Designs we specialize in screen printed t-shirts, bags, jackets and other imprinted items, as well as embroidery and illustrations.  The owner, Ray Van Tilburg is an award winning artist, who has created a line of about 40 science fiction based t-shirt designs that we sell wholesale & retail at conventions across the country, in addition to our local business,  Ray's art has been featured on magazine covers, product packaging and company logos.  If you have camera ready art or just an idea you would like to bring to life, Ray would love to help.

Axiom Mortgage was established in 1994.  President and founder Torrence Riley stared the business with a small location in Palos Hills.  The operation expanded to the North Shore with a  location in Evanston and a corporate office in downtown Chicago.  The Bolingbrook office opened in July 1999.  Axiom Mortgage offers a variety of mortgage services from new purchase financing to debt consolidation, home improvement loans and lines of credit. Torrence Riley is a member of the Ill Assoc. of Mortgage Brokers and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.  He has served as President of the Ill. Assoc. of Mtg. Brokers Political Action Committee.  He served on the IAMB Board of directors for 3 years.  He also was chairman of the Community Affairs Committee for the IAMB.  He is also very active in the community, sponsoring many youth sports while also volunteering to coach our youth in basketball, baseball and bowling.
