BY LAW AMMENDMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

     The membership has grown thanks to the efforts of many individuals.  Incidentally, the breadth and nature of the membership interests have changed.  To meet these demands the Board of Directors has determined that the size of the Board shall be increased from 12 to 14.  Thus, the following amendment to the bylaws is being published.

     Section V - Board of Directors: 

. . . in a Board of Directors consisting of 14 elected members�Four directors shall be elected annually for a term of three years.  Two directors shall be elected in the year 2000 and every three years thereafter.

TWO ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS WANTED

Members wishing to apply for the additional director positions may submit resumes to the Nominating Committee as follows:  Mr. Tony Marquez, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, Bolingbrook Chamber of Commerce, 375 W. Briarcliff Rd., Bolingbrook, IL 60440.  All submissions must be made on or before April 30, 2000.

Special note:    Anyone wishing to be considered for a seat on the Board of Directors must have been a member of the Chamber for a minimum of one year and must be available for meetings.
