LUNCHEONS, BREAKFASTS, and SPONSORSHIPS

The Chamber holds a monthly luncheon and two semi-annual legislative breakfasts to provide our members with networking opportunities as well as iinformative presentations about issues that affect our business community. We hold these at various locations around the Bolingbrook area in order for our participating member restaurants and banquet venues to showcase their products and services to the rest of our membership. For an investment of $300 for luncheons* and $200 for breakfasts, each is also a sponsorship opportunity that provides these benefits to the sponsoring member:

  • Exclusive privilege to put promotional materials on the dining tables at the luncheon / breakfast
  • Article in the The Reporter newsletter
  • Mention in the annual list of sponsors that appears in each newsletter edition
  • Two complimentary meals
  • Quarter-page ad in The Reporter newsletter
  • Mention in the promotional mailings, invitation, and e-blasts that go out prior to the luncheon or breakfast

Once a year in June we create the table sponsorship plaques that appear on the tables at every Chamber luncheon and legislative breakfast (with the exception of the State of the Village luncheon in January and our Member Appreciation Picnic in September).

For your investment of $350 for 10 luncheons and two breakfasts, your business will receive the following benefits:

  • Your company name / full color logo and phone number on a distinguished recognition plaque at every table
