Born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Rick was raised in Chicago, IL. He is married to Rosanna Morales, with whom he has a daughter Andrea and son Evan. They have been Bolingbrook residents since 1996, and Rick has served the community through his memberships in the Bolingbrook Local Development Corp., Bolingbrook Police Pension Board, and the Village of Bolingbrook for whom he is now serving as Trustee.� Rick�s current tenure on the Bolingbrook Chamber�s Board of Directors has also included a term as its president. |

Rick recently joined the Industrial Banking Division of Standard Bank and Trust Co., after his tenures with LaSalle Bank as VP/Branch Manager and CIB Bank as Assistant Vice President. |

He received his BA Degree in Liberal Arts &
Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and completed the Bank
Management Program at the American
Institute of Banking, Chicago. |
