Around 1990, when M.J. Likens was having a "mother's moment" of the "these kids are making me crazy" variety, she decided to put her education, experience and her creative entrepreneurial side together and conceptualize a business that would pull all the family energy together and provide her four young adults with solid business skills as they progressed into the adult word. Jamaica-Me-Crazy tanning salon was born. Now, nine years later, Jamaica-Me-Crazy has tanned over 9,750 people and expanded from the three original tanning beds to nine units (including a vertical model) plus retail wares for vacationers. |

Mary Jane would like to welcome all chamber and community members to relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and staff whether tanning before vacation, a special occasion, or just escaping the daily grind.� Co-sponsoring June�s luau luncheon was one of M.J.'s ways to thank Chamber members for their support throughout the past eight great years. |
