Dave Butcher of Preferred Home
Inspections, who joined the board in June of 2005, invested in the Chamber in
the year 2000.� At the time, he and
his wife Nancy were seeking an effective way to market their fledgling home
inspection service to other people through networking.� They also wanted to get to know other
member businesses that they could patronize.

Preferred Home Inspections typically work with buyers who are purchasing a home or light industrial property, inspecting all of the major systems of the property with the buyer so that they have a good understanding of the existing conditions and potential problem areas. Dave and Nancy, along with their two young daughters, are residents of Bolingbrook and look forward to Dave�s opportunity as a board member to help make the Chamber a benefit to all companies and individuals who are members. |
