Before joining the Bolingbrook Chamber in March 2004 as Membership Director, Beth Mooney spent most of her professional career working for Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and Western Electric in various marketing, public relations, and management positions.� In 2003, Beth, her husband John and family decided to open their own American bistro restaurant and catering business, located in Westmont, IL, called Absolutely Delicious.� After helping get the family restaurant off the ground, Beth turned it over to her son, Chef John, to manage and run.� Beth�s daughter Colleen is presently working in the restaurant and is a pet groomer, and plans to open her own pet grooming business in the near future.� |

Explaining one of the reasons for accepting this position with Bolingbrook Chamber, Beth says, �As a business owner I realize the importance of being involved in such a great organization, and wanted to share that important message with other business owners�. Beth enjoys bowling, golfing, and exercising, and being a part of her childrens� ambitions and dreams. |
